On Sunday 1st March, eight members of our coaching team completed a comprehensive five-hour Emergency First Aid course delivered by Emma Wood from Heart Starterz. Our December Taekwondo grading was held on Monday 15th December and marked one of the club’s three gradings held each year. On this occasion, three students took part, all of whom were grading for 8th Kup and successfully achieved the belt promotion.
