The aim of the event was to demonstrate power, precision, and technical skill using both upper body strikes and foot techniques to break boards. Our December Taekwondo grading was held on Monday 15th December and marked one of the club’s three gradings held each year. On this occasion, three students took part, all of whom were grading for 8th Kup and successfully achieved the belt promotion. On Sunday 14th, we were delighted to host our Poomsae Championships, welcoming 20 participants across 5 groups. The event was run over two sessions during the morning, giving each competitor the opportunity to perform two poomsaes and showcase their skill, focus, and commitment.
