The End of Season Awards celebrated the commitment, perseverance, and progress demonstrated by students throughout the year. While achievement was recognised, these awards placed equal importance on consistency, determination, and the positive attitude shown both in training and within the club community.

Each recipient was chosen following discussions between the coaching team, who reflected on students' progress over the course of the season. After careful consideration the coaches selected this year's recipients. A total of five awards were presented.

Most Promising – Theo Neubert

Theo joined us this season as part of our Kids group and has quickly made a strong impression. He brings enthusiasm to every class, clearly enjoys learning, and has shown natural ability from the start. His positive attitude and potential suggest a bright future ahead in Taekwondo. We are excited to see what he can achieve in the years to come.

Most Improved – Kaison To

Kaison has been part of the club since he was very young and has always trained well and shown a positive attitude in training. This year, however, we have seen a noticeable improvement in his performance, confidence, and determination. He has been pushing himself harder in training, taking on challenges, and putting extra effort into developing his skills. The progress he has made over the past year has been clear to see, making him a very deserving winner of the Most Improved award.

Best Technique – Josie Yome

Josie has demonstrated great technical ability throughout the year. Her hard work and dedication were rewarded when she won her categories in both of our Poomsae competitions. Over the past few years, her technique has improved dramatically, developing from beginner level into one of the strongest in the club. She approaches every training session with focus and determination, always giving 110% and striving to be the best she can be.

Best Breaking & Self Defence – Duncan Stewart

Duncan has been a consistent and dedicated member of the club for many years, always training hard and setting a great example for others. This year, he impressed everyone by winning the Adult Breaking Competition. His performance demonstrated excellent technique, power, and confidence under pressure. He has also shown a strong understanding and application of self defence. Combined with his commitment and positive attitude in training, Duncan is a very deserving winner of this award.

Best Student – Patrick Francis

Patrick has shown exceptional commitment since returning to Taekwondo after several years away from the sport. He consistently challenges himself, embraces every opportunity to learn, and never shies away from hard work. His dedication has resulted in enormous progress throughout the year, both in his skills and confidence. Patrick is a deserving recipient of this year's Best Student award.

Congratulations to this year's award recipients on their well-earned recognition. Your dedication and attitude throughout the season have set a fantastic example for everyone in the club.

A sincere thank you also goes to our coaching team, whose passion and commitment continue to inspire every student to reach their potential. As another successful season comes to an end, we look back with pride on everything that has been accomplished and look forward with excitement to the opportunities the next season will bring.
