ST JOHN'S VOLUNTEERS WORKSHOP

On Tuesday 13th November Mr Brandon Avellano (2nd Dan) and Miss Lorena Garcia (4th Dan) delivered a self defence session to the St John's volunteers. The session focused on their personal experiences. Both instructors and participants enjoyed the session and are looking forward to the next one.
